We are a privately owned research company that specializes in finding the family of those who did in the UK without leaving a will so they can claim the estates from the UK Treasury.

No, While we use some government entities to help find the beneficiaries we are a private, family owned business.
Who is a heir hunter?
An heir hunter is a person or people, typically from a probate firm, who aim to locate people who are legally entitled to inherit from a deceased relative’s estate.
Why have you contacted me?
If you have been contacted by a member of MairDeen Consultation it is usually because our research indicates that you are entitles to a share of the estate or you may be able to help us locate someone who is entitled.
How long will the process take?
There are various factors that impacts the time it takes to process the claim and for the beneficiary to receive their money. The process can take anywhere between 2 to 12 months.
Do I have to share any inheritance with other relatives?
Yes, if there are other relatives who have a similar family relationship to the deceased.
Why can’t you tell me the value of the estate?
The Treasury Solicitor won’t divulge the value of an estate to anyone that cannot prove they have a legal claim meaning they are a family member and has the right to claim the estate. We will know the value of an estate once we are able to prove we have found a legitimate beneficiary.
How do I know this not a scam?
- Is a registered company with the Companies Office of Jamaica
- Does not request any Payments before the estate is collected. If you don’t get paid we don’t get paid
- Only pursues cases published by the UK Treasury and can be verified by the UK Government
- Does not know the exact value of an estate until we receive such information from the Treasury upon proving the legitimacy of our beneficiary
How Did you find me? Where did you get my information?
MairDeen Consultation uses information that is easily available to the public. This includes birth, marriage and death indexes available at the Registrar General Department (RGD) and websites such as Ancestry.com and Family Search.com, census data and electoral roll records published by the Electoral Office of Jamaica (EOJ). We supplement the information with searches conducted via social media, local newspapers and directories.
