About Us
MairDeen Consultation is a registered research company based in Jamaica, West Indies. We specialize in finding the relatives of Jamaicans who migrated to the United Kingdom and died without leaving a will and whose estate is being held by the crown. Once we are able to locate the correct family members we aid them in collecting the estate that is rightfully theirs.
MairDeen Consultation was founded in March 2020 by Xavier Mair and Shannell Mattadeen. Since its inception we have successfully investigated cases in the United States, Canada and the wider Caribbean that has led to millions of dollars being claimed on behalf of our clients.
What Do We Do?
We research the list of names published by the UK Treasury of all UK nationals who have passed intestacy (without a will). The estates of these individuals are held by the Treasury until a suitable heir/beneficiary can claim them. We locate the most suitable beneficiaries and help them claim the estates from the Treasury.
